Attending the park for a pleasing picnic. Driving to the shore. Calling on the fishing hole. Seeing a football game. These statements are wonderful summertime activities. Also, other pursuits comprise of cutting the grass, painting, plus washing and waxing cars. When the weather becomes warm, our actions and thoughts turn to various outdoor events.
The activity that is forgotten by most college-bound students is the inside trip of seeking, looking for great scholarship dollars, searching the sum for money, which will reduce or even eliminate our college debt. This occurs for several reasons. At first, it is simple to forget as summer is right now and scholarships and grants are in the distant future. At second, a student, to your point of view, is not smart to get a scholarship. Thus, why bother considering it now. At third, our student does not want to attend college. At fourth, the income of our family is very high.
These are relevant ideas. Still, they are bogus. Here is why. Summertime is the great time to start scholarship activities as there is a lack of rush to make the job done. You can take some time to do all thoroughly and leisurely. Rushing causes anxiety and anxiety causes mistakes. The old proverb sure and slow wins the race applies to winning.
Certain students are actually slow in developing. The primary two years produce ordinary outcomes, when the senior and junior years produce remarkable results. And, knowing this, scholarship committees regard the final two years as very important than the primary two!
